our returns policy

Thank you for shopping at Elm Hill Craft Shop. If you have received an item that isn’t right for you, or is damaged/faulty in any way please rest assured that we are happy to take it back and offer you a refund. Please make sure you message us first to let us know the problem and how we can solve it. The email address to use is lucy@elmhillcraftshop.co.uk. Once you have made contact we can ensure that the return is dealt with swiftly.
If your item is faulty we are happy to refund your delivery charge, but if you haven’t changed your mind or the item is unsuitable, I’m afraid we cannot subsidise the cost of a return as we are a small business.
